There's nothing comparable to the U.S.A./U.S.S.R imperial rivalry on the scene today. Iran, China, North Korea, and Russia are out there, but it's not the same. From the U.S. point of view.

I personally don't want to see what happens if the bully struts out into the school yard, and gets its bell rung. I would guess overreaction and taking the bait would be the consequence. Par for the course, so far. I'd like to see the bully chill out, before it runs into it's own sword. After all, said bully is an economic partner. Like to keep the wheels on, if possible.
